Ingredients
- 500 g softened, salted butter
- 395g tin sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 cups Eden Valley Self-Raising Cake and Biscuit Flour
- 2 packets chocolate chips OR 1 cup chopped almonds and 1 cup chopped glace cherries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
- Cream butter and sugar and add condensed milk
- Stir in flour
- Add the chocolate chips or cherries and almonds
- Roll teaspoons of mix in hand and place on greased oven tray
- Squash with fork
- Bake for 11 minutes or until lightly browned
